At Smiles Nurseries we value every one of our staff, because we know that if all Smiles staff deliver a fantastic experience, our child will develop to the best of their ability. That is why each nursery manager selects an employee of the month and at the end of the year 1 individual from those selected will be crowned Smiles Employee of the Year, and will win a trip to Center Parcs.
