Smiles Nursery Norton

An absolutely amazing nursery my son loves it here. The staff are all amazing he adores them all. Lots of lovely activities to do he loves coming home and telling me about how much fun he has had xxx

Our little girl has attended smiles nursery since she was 8 months old and I was a nervous mum going back to work. smiles staff always put my mind at ease and did not mind if I rang to check up on georgina. They always wrote down her activities for the day and what she’d eaten, how long she slept for anything you could think of they made sure you were aware. As georgina started to grow up and hit all her milestones smile always shared in the joy and made sure that if we missed any they would let us know. Georgina still attends smiles at the ages of 4 we as a family decided it was best to keep her at smiles instead of sending her to a mainstream  Nursey and what a great decision that was as My little girl has turned in to a chatty and very bright little girl who was teaching me about atoms this morning at the ages of 4 and it’s all down to the hard work of the all the staff in smiles. When Covid first hit all the staff where there to help any family and you always felt supported no matter how small the problem is we could not recommend the Nursery anymore. They have become a second family to us.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The Nursery is welcoming and makes my daughter feel welcome. My daughter enjoys her time when she’s there, there’s a lot of things for her to do and learn.

Willow loves Smiles when she wakes up and I tell her she's going to see Noreen she always smiles.. she litterally runs in without saying bye.. I also love that they are always doing something new. 

would 100% recommend this nursery to any one. Every one of the staff I've spoken to are lovely. :) xxx

My son Dougie loves to go to Nursery on a morning and is always bringing back pictures and other things that he has made to take home at the end of the day! 

The Famly app is brilliant too as it is always updated on what your child has for lunch, snack and the staff let you know how much they have ate. The staff also let you know of any learning observations that they have made on your child on the app and include pictures.

The nursery staff are so friendly and let you know how the days been and as a parent I know my boy is happy and getting well looked after while he is there.

I’d highly recommend Smiles nursery.

Huge THANK YOU to the staff at Smiles Nursery who have not JUST been caring for our key workers precious babies but have been doing it with open arms and reassuring smiles. Sadly you havent had much of a mention but you are up there with the bravest if our keyworkers and I for one an massively grateful. Erica is looking forward to the day that Boris tells her she can come back to see you all.
